The Congleton Amateur Swimming Club Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 13 July, at 7:30pm, in the Directors Lounge at the Leisure Centre.
The purpose of the meeting is:
- to receive the Chair’s report of activities of the club during the previous year
- to receive and consider the club accounts
- to remove and elect the independent examiner
- to elect the officers and other committee members
- to decide on any resolutions submitted.
